CampsBay Media worked with the 2018 Lagos Open International Tennis Championships to deliver impressive customer relationship management for the fans and ticket buyers over two weeks in October.
We produced and sold tickets to the fans via different channels, online, at the gate and via mobile to the teeming lovers of tennis in Lagos.
We delivered a daily order of play via email to all the fans that purchased tickets as well as club members who opted to join the mailing list.
Several fans were happy to get the best customer care from our services over the two weeks of the ITF Pro-Circuit tournament.

In the Women’s Singles final, 19-year-old Pranjala Yadlapalli (IND) once again confirmed her dominance over Conny Perrin (SUI) winning 6-1 7-6(2) on Centre Court.
The Women’s Doubles title was won by Julia Terziyska (BUL) and Rosalie van der Hoek (NED) who defeated Noa Foang A Liauw (NED) and Merel Hoedt (NED) 6-4 6-4.
Zimbabwean brothers Benjamin Lock and Courtney John Lock defeated the duo of Tom Jomby (FRA) and Alexis Klegou (BEN) 3-6 6-4 10-7 in the Men’s Doubles final on Court 1.
Lagos State Governor, His Excellency Akinwunmi Ambode was present to declare the 2018 Lagos Open close. He played a five-minute game of tennis with Lagos Lawn Tennis Club tennis captain, Mr Shomule. Mr Ambode expressed his delight at the level of competition in the Men’s Singles Final that held him captive for more than three hours.
